A Frame is everything you need!! Homey comfortable accommodations. This is our second stay there, hope to be back next year! It is a great location. Chris and Clara are great hosts, thanks for sharing your special home.

Everything was exactly as described and shown in pictures. We did not have any problems with the steep stairs. We have been visiting Ludington for over 40 years, this was honestly one of our best visits ever! Chris was very responsive and helpful so that we could extend our stay! We had the pleasure of spending our birthdays there. We spent a lot of time in the Ludington State Park, one of our favorite things to do this time of year! Teddy our golden doodle had the time of his life! We really enjoyed being able to cook out on the grill too.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean comfortable home.
Everything we needed was already there. Check in was simple and quick with keypad lock. Sebastian was happy there was even food and water bowls for him. Could not get local spectrum app on tv to work so we just transferred our Hulu location while we were there. Much thanks to Chris and Clara for sharing their home.

This cottage was perfect for our family of five. The location is great being right on the water you will hardly want to be inside. The place may seem a little tight but it was bigger than the pictures give credit for. We plan on coming back. Amazing city and area and a great place to stay. A+!

I would like to go back someday. As costs go these days, this place was reasonable, clean, comfortable, and it had the added value of a second sink outside of the bathroom (very helpful!). Lots of nice amenities (grill and all the utensils, a blender, picnic table). Hamlin Lake is at the end of the cul-de-sac. I think if we'd wanted to swim there, we could have. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My mom and I stayed in Sandpiper over the weekend and it was perfect! We could see the sunsets over lake Hamlin from the cottage and the beach was right there.

Canary Cottage is absolutely spotless and so charming! It had everything we could possibly need, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. We loved it and will definitely be returning

Perfect home base for my beach days and hiking at Ludington State Park. The place is *spotless* super clean and new. Comfy bed and large kitchen with all amenities. Would stay again!

Great little cabin but unfortunately we were unable to stay due to an unforeseen event but Chris was very responsive. Hoping to return next year and take full advantage of his charming cottage.
