This is part of a duplex with sister 1 Bed, 1 Bath space, Sandpiper (rented separately w/separate entrance). Walking distance to Ice-cream/Ice/Bait shop, boat rentals. Short drive to Ludington State Park and Ludington. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds OUTDOOR LIVING: Screened porch, gas grill, outdoor seating & dining. INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, dining table, shower, heat/air conditioning. KITCHEN: Stove/oven, refrigerator, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.
