This is part of a duplex with sister 1 Bed, 1 Bath space, Sandpiper (rented separately w/separate entrance). Walking distance to Ice-cream/Ice/Bait shop, boat rentals. Short drive to Ludington State Park and Ludington. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds OUTDOOR LIVING: Screened porch, gas grill, outdoor seating & dining. INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, dining table, shower, heat/air conditioning. KITCHEN: Stove/oven, refrigerator, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Excellent location for fishing and the covered boat slip came in handy on the rainy days. Cabin was cute...loved the wood and nautical decor. New refrigerator and living room heater and AC was a nice plus!

My family and I have been coming up to this cottage for 40 years. I love the updates that Chris has thoughtfully added to the cabin such as central air. It made our stay more comfortable!

This cozy cabin is. . .cozy. This very much is an old up North Michigan cabin in a small vacation community. We had everything we needed and expected. As we traveled a long distance and could not bring beach towels, I was happy to find an adequate supply of towels both for the beach and showers. The proximity to Lake Michigan and Lake Hamlin were great. The only surprise was that the cabin shared a wall with another cabin. I would recommend this cabin to friends visiting the area.

My family of five found this little cottage to be perfect for us! They thought of all the little details that made it easy to settle right in- Mini fans, fully stocked kitchen and basic fridge condiments, a few spices, coffee filters, paper products, dish soap, shampoo, sand toys, extra beach towels, throw blankets, even bug spray! We’ve stayed in many that were missing a lot of these and it was so much more work to feel settled. It’s located on a road with similar tiny cottages that share a small sand beach on Hamlin Lake, the kids loved that! We would stay again!

We got to the cabin around 11:30 at night. Parking our truck and boat trailer was a little difficult due to lack of space and darkness Once morning came it was much easier to park. We launched our boat at the state park and we were able to drive across the lake and Moor it near our cabin. The cabin was nice and was supplied with everything we needed. The cabin had a window air conditioner in each bedroom and a wall mount air conditioner in the living room/dining room area. We were able to keep our 18 ft boat in one of the covered mooring areas. The property had a fish cleaning house which was clean and efficient for cleaning the fish that we caught during our stay. Chris was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. All the families in neighboring cabins were very friendly and many have coming there for over 20 years. We will be returning customers as well

Chris and his wife did an amazing job hosting for Memorial Day weekend. We were very close to the lake with plenty of amenities and activities within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family.
